Hilton will warranty its products ,including enamel, bathtub,faucet,and the accessories ,are free of defacts in material & workmanship.
During the warranty period that the products have been purchased for one year ,any part or finish that proves defective in material and workmanship under normal installation ,use % service ,after checking it ,Hilton is bound to repair ,replace or do some adjustments .We will not bear the expense pertaining to installation.
You can get the service from the local distributor or installer ,and you can also directly write to HILTON ASIA Co.,Ltd.(please bring you original sales invoice as certification of purchasing.)
Warranty of faucet
Hilton will maintain the faucets for lifetime ,which drop water because of the quality ,and should make the faucets work normally .About the other warranty service ,you can refer to the leaflest of sales-after service.
It is not included that the results caused by using dirty water or unnormally using and cleaning .Sometimes maybe the water. pressure is not enough so that the faucet can't work normally The warranty scope is not including the expense of main parts unlisted and the expense of installation.
